Used twelve baskets for a wedding of ~160 people. They were great throughout the whole process, the food was outstanding, and went above and beyond in the set-up/take-down on event day.   Roasted vegetables, steak, and salmon were all delicious.  Would highly recommend.

We had our wedding at Wallace Falls Lodge in Gold Bar, WA. Because it was so far from Seattle, our catering vendor options were limited which is fine by me! (paralysis of too many options/too much choice is real). Twelve Baskets came recommended by our venue and we were really happy with how everything came out. Our event coordinator was responsive and helpful, had no problems making any amount of changes that I asked for whether large or small. She was nice and friendly during a tasting and answered all questions without issue. They were really flexible about providing their Northwest BBQ package meal option for dinner and making substitutions for our vegan/vegetarian friends, as well as accommodating to special guests with very special dietary needs or coming up with a kids menu. They did passed tray appetizers before dinner and people seemed into that, and serve yourself buffet so it kept the staffing (and costs) minimal. The food was delicious! I enjoyed every item and heard nothing but good feedback about it all from the guests. They send you a questionnaire when you start developing your meal options so they can get a good sense of how you want your night to go. I was so insistent that we do so much by ourselves to keep the staffing minimal, but it ended up that I think their staff were bored towards the end of the night! (We did our own set up/clean up for tables and chairs and I regret not asking them for a little more help with that!) They provided complimentary cake cutting which I thought was great, and packaged up your leftovers for you (ours lasted almost an entire extra week). We did our own self-serve beer and wine, and so unless you use their staff for bartending service, they are not able to help with replenishing stocks of alcohol, which I understand. I think the price per person was pretty fair for the quality of service and food that was served, and would recommend to others in the area.

I was handed a list of several catering companies from the venue I was getting married at,so of course I put out feelers to a couple different companies. Having celiacs, I of course wanted a GF wedding, but the special requests didn't stop there I needed salmon for my mom, a vegan option,and my new husband wanted fingerling potatoes for no other reason than he said "they sound fancy". I emailed the same message to seven catering companies and Vita from twelve baskets was not only the first to answer back, she also answered back with the best menu. My mom was paying for the event and had a billion questions and was driving me crazy and I am sure Vita, but you would never have been able to tell because she is so professional and exceptional at her job. She is great at a quick response and her overall communication skills are impecable. She wasn't the only great thing about 12 baskets. The food was excellent!! I really enjoyed the entire meal. The service was amazing as well. The bartender Chimey was amazing!!! She made sure I always had a drink in my hand wether it was water or champagne. They also made sure my new hubby and I had a Togo plate for each of us to take home. (Which we destroyed when we got to our hotel room)They really nailed it on everything down to the mismatched dishes and decor of the wedding. They made my one special day the best day of my life as well as my husbands. I would without a drop of hesitation recommend these guys. You hire them and know you will be well taken care of, and they are super affordable. Thank you so much Twelve baskets
